Common Caringbah problems

What we see in this postcode

1. Tree roots in mains drains. Most prevalent on streets south of the Kingsway with established gums and figs. Older clay or earthenware mains drains have joints every metre, and roots get in everywhere. Symptom: gurgling in the laundry tub when the toilet flushes. 2. Aged electric hot water units. A lot of the original 1980s electric storage tanks in Caringbah are 15-20 years old now and well past warranty. Element failures common; tank rust-through is the failure that floods your laundry. We diagnose in 15 minutes.
